What supports do you offer under NDIS?

We offer a range of assistive technology supports under NDIS to assist people to achieve their goals. This includes assistive technology products, consultation, training, short term trials, delivery and installation to name a few. Please refer to our NDIS Funding page for more information.

 

Can I buy equipment from you that is paid for from my NDIS Plan?

Yes, we provide a wide range of Assistive Technology equipment and supports that can be purchased using NDIS funding. Please email info@quantumrlv.com.au or call 1300 883 853 for further information and assistance.

 

Are you a registered NDIS Provider?

Yes Quantum RLV is a registered NDIS Provider. Our Provider Number is 4050000841.

 

How long will my NDIS quote be valid?

NDIS Quotes are typically valid for 3 months. If your quote expires, please call us on 1300 883 853 or email info@quantumrlv.com.au and we can assist you.
